The offers of Lebenslust are organized and managed by SVLS e. V.. Since 1998, lesbians, gays, bisexuals, trans* people and people with HIV \/ AIDS of all ages and different cultures have been working together with the non-profit association for more visibility and acceptance of diverse lifestyles. In particular, by enabling community(s), we aim to support or encourage people to live their sexual orientation and\/or gender identity with self-confidence. A special focus is on young LGBT*I* with their special challenges as well as LGBT*I* in crises or difficult life situations. Especially in the fields of (open) youth work, psychosocial counseling and HIV\/STI prevention, we were able to develop our core competencies, partly as pioneers.<\/p>\n

With all offers, we do not rely on the lowest common denominator. With a colorful variety of forms, methods, talents and subcultural resources, we address a wide variety of people and target groups in a concrete and biased manner. Not everything has to fit everyone, but there should be something right for everyone. Central to us is the combination of (social) pedagogical or social work expertise and practical everyday life skills as well as the direct participation of the respective target group(s). More important to us than individual demands, is the open dialogue in which everyone is heard, as the basis for mutual understanding and changes.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n
For our target groups, acceptance and diversity, we confidently participate in socio-political discussions, cooperate with other organizations, are involved in various umbrella organizations and – as a recognized provider of youth welfare – in working groups for youth welfare planning.
