Not infrequently, already on a coming out out of fear of such reactions, the commitment in the club decreases or the school achievements deteriorate rapidly.<\/p>\n<p>together education constructively and committedly counters prejudices against lesbians, gays, bisexuals, trans*, inter* and non-binary people. The volunteer team members make an important contribution to acceptance and a better social climate through professional educational workshops. In personal encounters, the participants receive an authentic picture of lesbians, gays, bisexuals, trans*, inter* and non-binary people. Through a variety of methods, they are supported in openly addressing and questioning clich\u00e9s and fears.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>together education workshops<\/h2>\n<p>The workshops are carried out by a young and committed team of volunteers. They have been prepared for this challenging task through qualification measures and are continuously accompanied by a pedagogical specialist. Workshops take place on site or in one of our youth facilities in the cities of Essen, Gelsenkirchen, M\u00fclheim an der Ruhr and in the districts of Wesel and Kleve.
